Residence Mayom

Set on the west coast of Mauritius, Résidence Mayom is a self-catering apartment directly across the road from Flic en Flac beach, about one minute on foot. It sleeps up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms, on the ground floor, with a private terrace and lawn and a swimming pool in the residence.

The apartment is simple, comfortable and well kept: a full kitchen with gas hob and oven, a living room with air conditioning and TV, a dining table for six, a shower room and a separate WC. Wi-Fi and free parking are included.

This part of Flic en Flac is shaded by casuarina trees, with white sand and shallow reef-protected water. The village centre, its supermarket, restaurants and bars are a short walk away.

Maximum occupancy
4 guests. Additional visitors are not permitted to stay overnight.

Children
Very welcome. The apartment is on the ground floor with a private lawn, which makes it easy with young children. Children must be supervised at all times around the swimming pool and when crossing the coastal road to the beach.

Pets
Not allowed.

Smoking
Not permitted inside the apartment. Smoking is welcome on the terrace.

Quiet hours
This is a residential building with neighbouring apartments. We ask guests to keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm.

Parties and events
Not permitted.

Swimming pool
The pool is unsupervised and shared with the other apartments of the residence. Use is at your own risk. Please avoid glassware in the pool area.

Sand and wet swimwear
With the beach this close, we simply ask that you rinse off before coming back in and hang wet towels on the terrace rather than over the furniture.

On departure
Please leave the kitchen dishes washed and dispose of your rubbish in the bins provided.

Booking and payment
A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance is payable before arrival. Payment can be made by bank card or bank transfer.

Cancellation policy
Please contact us for our current cancellation terms before booking.

Security deposit
A refundable security deposit may be requested on arrival, returned in full at check-out subject to inspection.

Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay.

Identification
A valid passport or national ID is required for all guests at check-in, in line with Mauritian regulations for tourist accommodation.

Beach access
The beach is public and reached by crossing the coastal road. Swimming is unsupervised and at your own risk.

Liability
The owners accept no liability for loss, theft or damage to guests’ personal belongings, nor for accidents occurring in the shared pool area, the grounds or on the beach.
