Set on the west coast of Mauritius, Résidence Pillai is a self-catering apartment on the second floor of a newly built residence in Flic en Flac, 5 minutes on foot from the beach. It sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms, with a swimming pool in the residence, lift access and a balcony fitted with its own cooking hob.

The interior is contemporary throughout: fitted kitchen with induction hob and marble-effect worktops, breakfast bar, L-shaped sofa, smart TV, and a round dining table seating six. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and free parking are included.

Flic en Flac beach is one of the longest and calmest on the island, shallow and protected by the reef. A supermarket, several restaurants and a bar are all within walking distance.

Maximum occupancy

Not permitted inside the apartment. Smoking is welcome on the balcony.

Quiet hours
This is a residential building with neighbouring apartments. We ask guests to keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm.

Parties and events
Not permitted.

Balcony hob
The gas hob on the balcony is there to be used, and we encourage it. Please turn the gas off at the bottle after cooking and never leave it unattended.

Swimming pool
The pool is unsupervised and shared with the other apartments of the residence. Use is at your own risk. Please avoid glassware in the pool area.

Access
The apartment is on the second floor of a newly built residence. A lift is available.

On departure
End-of-stay cleaning is included. We only ask that you leave the kitchen dishes washed and dispose of your rubbish in the bins provided.

Booking and payment
A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance is payable before arrival. Payment can be made by bank card or bank transfer.

Cancellation policy
Please contact us for our current cancellation terms before booking.

Security deposit
A refundable security deposit may be requested on arrival, returned in full at check-out subject to inspection.

Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay.

Identification
A valid passport or national ID is required for all guests at check-in, in line with Mauritian regulations for tourist accommodation.

Liability
The owners accept no liability for loss, theft or damage to guests’ personal belongings, nor for accidents occurring in the shared pool area or on the balcony.
